Transferring is easy. Fill out the form below to register or transfer your prescriptions to the Apothecary. We'll handle the rest.

Psst... We direct bill all major insurance companies, and our dispensing fee is on par with major chain pharmacies. You'll pay the same amount for your prescription and get exemplary, personalized customer service.
