STEP 1: FIND A CONTAINER
Mason Jars. Take-out containers. Pickle Jars. Anything you've got. If you're like us, you likely have a cupboard or drawer full of containers and lids in all shapes and sizes. Choose one or two, or ten and bring them into the store for filling. Containers must be clean and dry - moisture in your containers will increase the risk of your products spoiling.
STEP 2: TARE
As soon as you enter the shoppe, come by the weigh-station at the counter. An Apothecary Associate will weigh your containers and write the tare on the container with a wipeable pencil. This ensures you're only paying for the weight of the contents of your container.
STEP 3: FILL
The best part! Shop our selection of bulk products, including raw materials (such as herbs, clays, oils and more) as well as our pre-made refill station (body wash, shampoos, cleaners and more). Each station has it's own scoop to prevent contamination of products.
STEP 4: PAY
Prices are per gram and typically sold in 10g or 100g increments. Prices are clearly marked for each product and you are welcome to use the scales to ensure you have the amount of product you need. When you're ready to check-out, an Apothecary Associate will weigh your containers once more to determine the amount you owe.
