SHIPPING RATES: 

At this time, we only ship within Canada. 

We offer flat rate shipping of $15.00 across Canada for orders under $125.00. There is a minimum order requirement of $25.00. Expedited shipping within Canada is FREE on orders over $125!* (this is before tax and any additional discounts).

*ADDITIONAL SHIPPING CHARGES ON GLASS: if ordering large amounts of glass for shipping, we may need to add an additional shipping charge (even when your order is over our $125 minimum for free shipping). Glass can be heavy to ship and while we wish we could absorb the total cost, shipping fees take a toll on small businesses. Don't worry - this is only for packages with large quantities of glass and we will always contact you first. 

 

PROCESSING TIMES: 

Orders will be shipped 1-3 business days after the order has been placed. You will be notified when the order ships with a tracking number if applicable.

BACKORDERS:

We do not ship back ordered items. If any products are not available at the time of your shipment we will ship what is available and invite you to re-order out of stock items in the future.

 

ONLINE RETURNS:

To return an item purchased through our online store, please contact us via email at hello@teasdaleapothecary.com or phone us at 902-735-2696 ext 1. Make sure to have your order number close by for reference. 

Once we hear from you, we'll review the following process:

Your order number must be on the box, or on a slip of paper inside. Once the product has been received in house we will issue a refund or store credit for the product (less any shipping charges). *
