We want you to be happy with your purchase. If you're not completely satisfied, please reach out to us. We're happy to help troubleshoot or answer questions, as sometimes a product may not perform as expected due to application or usage. If, after we've worked with you, you'd still like to return your purchase, please review the policy below.
Packaged Products
Unopened and unused packaged products in their original packaging, accompanied by a receipt, may be returned within 14 days of purchase for a full refund. If you do not have a receipt, we can offer an exchange or store credit.

The following items are final sale and cannot be returned, exchanged, or refunded:

Gift certificates
Clearance items
Bulk / Refillery Products
All products dispensed from our refillery are final sale. Please ensure you've selected the correct product and quantity before filling your containers. If you're unsure how much you'll need or what your purchase will cost, we're always happy to help.
Because refill products are dispensed specifically for each customer, they cannot be returned or refunded.
Refill Product Quality Concerns
If you believe there is a quality issue or product defect, please contact us within 24 hours of purchase so we can review the concern and help troubleshoot.
Please note that customers are responsible for the proper transport and storage of their purchases. For example, if a product is left in a hot vehicle and melts or separates while the same product in-store remains in good condition, this would not be considered a product defect and would not be eligible for replacement or refund.
